Many years of work and a wide variety of internships as well as my own experiences have shown me that many things in psychology are connected. Most psychological problems announce themselves years in advance through somatic symptoms. These symptoms can B. chronic headaches, back pain and other "minor" complaints.
Depending on the problem, we will primarily look together for mechanisms that will bring about the fastest possible improvement in life. Only then, if necessary, is the deeper problem dealt with and a solution sought. During the session, the so-called “small steps method” is used, among other things. This leads to permanent progress and an improvement in the living situation.
